Over the years, this team has expanded, also with additional teams in the Asian and American regions. The scope of their support has increased from the use of modems, to in-machine networks using control systems and, most recently, MPSConnect.

All teams are ready to answer your phone call and provide first-line assistance.

The best personal support: remote support rates per January 1st, 2023

To maintain availability and quality, MPS will introduce remote support rates. These will be applicable to all machines outside the (extended) warranty or performance programs and service level/helpdesk agreements. These rates will be applicable as per January 1st, 2023.

To accommodate this transition, we are offering a special rate on all of our available programs: remote support is covered for an entire year at a significantly reduced price.
